We are in search of an energetic, smart, fun, honest-working individual to join our team. Previous restaurant management experience and ServSafe certification is required, along with a strong inclination to learn, must be able to direct others, understand what it takes to have the restaurant inspection ready, and attention to detail a must.

As a member of the highly knowledgeable and successful management team, you oversee the execution and operations of our teams and the entirety of the restaurant. You lead our team members with daily tasks, position work, communicating expectations, and holding to our standards. Through outstanding teamwork, you see to it that each guest receives the best experience.

Responsibilities:

Lead by Example, Helping Team Members with Position Work and Service.

Treating our Guests Energetically and Enthusiastically with Pride for Guest Service and Hospitality.

Lead Shifts with Managing Team Members and Daily Duties.

Prepare Food with Pride for Quality and with a Sense of Urgency.

Maintain Cleanliness throughout the Restaurant at all times, Leading Side Duties, and Recognizing Opportunities to work Ahead and Reset the restaurant.

Work the Dining Room, Engage with Guests, Seek Feedback, and Offer Great Hospitality.

Knowledgeable of and Follows all Health Code Requirements for Food Safety and Personal Hygiene.

Complete and hold to our Training Materials and Specifications.

Perform other Related Duties as Assigned.
