Restaurant Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of all Food and Beverage outlets. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, liquor inventory control, and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Train, mentor, and supervise staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and quality food service.
- Maintain positive relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in restaurant management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Requirements
Previous experience in the Food and Beverage industry for at least 3 years.
