Your Role: As a Restaurant Manager, you will:
- Assist in managing the restaurant in the absence of the Senior/General Manager.
- Focus on achieving sales growth while ensuring top-notch service, quality, and cleanliness.
- Conduct interviews and hire qualified staff in accordance with company and legal standards.
- Create staff schedules to optimize restaurant operation and manage labor costs effectively.
- Train and mentor crew members, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Hold team meetings to discuss operational procedures, promotions, and safety.
- Maintain adequate inventory and control food costs per company standards.
- Ensure adherence to cash handling procedures and maintain all required reports.
- Uphold professional appearance and demonstrate company values consistently.
- Adhere to all HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies to create a safe working environment.
Requirements: - Must be 18 years or older.
- Physical ability to meet job demands.
- Minimum of 2 years of management experience.
- Availability for all shifts, including weekends.
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
- Valid driver's license.
- Strong conflict-resolution skills.
- Reliable, cheerful, and positive attitude, with excellent communication skills.
- Genuine desire to serve and assist others.
