Your Role: As a Restaurant Manager, you will:
  • Assist in managing the restaurant in the absence of the Senior/General Manager.
  • Focus on achieving sales growth while ensuring top-notch service, quality, and cleanliness.
  • Conduct interviews and hire qualified staff in accordance with company and legal standards.
  • Create staff schedules to optimize restaurant operation and manage labor costs effectively.
  • Train and mentor crew members, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Hold team meetings to discuss operational procedures, promotions, and safety.
  • Maintain adequate inventory and control food costs per company standards.
  • Ensure adherence to cash handling procedures and maintain all required reports.
  • Uphold professional appearance and demonstrate company values consistently.
  • Adhere to all HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies to create a safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Physical ability to meet job demands.
  • Minimum of 2 years of management experience.
  • Availability for all shifts, including weekends.
  • Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Strong conflict-resolution skills.
  • Reliable, cheerful, and positive attitude, with excellent communication skills.
  • Genuine desire to serve and assist others.
