General managers had the overall responsibility for all business functions within the restaurant they are the executive of the unit and are responsible for the strategy structure people budget financial outcomes all general managers are the ambassadors for the brand and must have working knowledge of the community culture and events.

Requirements
  • Must be able to effectively staff restaurant to meet customer needs.

  • Institute and follows cash handling policies and procedures.
  • Accurate ordering of inventory.
  • Knowledge of all systems, task, duties in FOH employees including but not limited to baristas, cashier, support, shift lead, kitchen lead, and GM.
  • Knowledge and execution of complete food inventory management system.
  • Evaluate the physical condition and cleanliness of the kitchens, dining rooms, bar areas.
  • Ensure that the occupational safety and Health Act, local health and safety codes, as well as company safety and security policies are being adhered to.
  • Communicate strategy and results to employees.
  • Maintain top quality assurance and customer service standards.
  • Report key results to directors.
  • Engage with directors and organizational strategic planning.
  • Full understanding of profit and loss statements ability to assess and recommend improvements.
  • Execute restaurant goals within the appropriate metrics COGS and labor etc.
  • Increased sales and run excellent controllable profit margins.
  • Increase foot traffic and customer retention.
  • Have a keen understanding of community events, culture; and customer trends.
  • Conduct regular associate team building meetings.
  • Vender partnerships and relationships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively interact with a wide variety of constituencies (hourly toownership)

We are a new breakfast concept coming to NC and SC. plenty of opportunities for growth and moving up in the company. We are about 5 months out from opening.
