Job Summary:

We are looking for an experience restaurant manager to oversee all aspects of our restaurant's daily operation, ensuring quality food and service, managing staff and achieving profitability while also ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:
  • 3 years of previous management experience in a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment
  • High School diploma or GED required, Bachelor's Degree a plus
  • Experience working in a hands-on, fast paced environment
Core Responsibilities:
  • Adopt a hands-on leadership style to guide and support all team members in executing the company's vision, brand, and direction.
  • Take full accountability for all aspects of restaurant operations, including P&L management, front-of-house and back-of-house functions, sales, and recruitment.
  • Establish and maintain high standards of performance and service.
  • Inspire, coach, train, and support the team in delivering exceptional service, executing the menu, and implementing systems and programs effectively.
  • Drive problem-solving and process improvements by utilizing available restaurant resources efficiently.
Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to stand and walk continuously for shifts lasting between eight to twelve hours.
  • Must be able to reach, bend, balance, and repeatedly lift or carry objects weighing up to 40 lbs. throughout the shift.
  • Must be comfortable working in environments with varying temperatures, including warm to very warm kitchen conditions.
