Description:
This full time position will be responsible for overseeing day to day operations, including guest relations, motivating and supervising all FOH employees as well as administrative tasks.

• Possess excellent people skills; be able to communicate effectively with customers and with employees

• Ability to build & lead successful teams

• Ability to be a role model in employee appearance and presentation

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

• Willingness to take initiative and be self-motivated

• Demonstrate strong organizational and analytical abilities

• Knowledge of wine and spirits is a plus
