We are seeking an experienced
Senior Restaurant Manager to join a motivated team just south of
Asheville, NC. This position will hold responsibility for the daily operations of a full-service upscale restaurant and all banquets and private events held on the property. You will oversee a banquet manager and a FOH manager for the restaurant, reporting directly to the GM. COMPENSATION: Base Salary $60,000 - $70,000 + Health Insurance, 401K w/match, PTO, and growth opportunities. Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:- 5 years of previous upscale casual full-service restaurant management experience
- Prefer experience with overseeing banquets and private events
- Knowledge of social media platforms and fluent in Microsoft Office
- Thorough knowledge of food, wine, beer, liquor, and craft cocktails
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to cultivate engagement
- Ability to develop and motivate a successful team
- Customer service oriented with a hospitality mindset
- Ability to multi-task and delegate tasks appropriately
