Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations in both the front and back of house. This leadership role requires a hands-on approach to ensure excellent guest service, operational consistency, and team development. Key Responsibilities - Oversee daily operations of both FOH and BOH departments
- Lead and motivate a team while fostering a positive and engaging work environment
- Control labor, food, and beverage costs by enforcing proper inventory and ordering practices
- Uphold service quality and operational standards to enhance the guest experience
- Contribute to business growth through local marketing and sales initiatives
- Participate in talent acquisition and build a pipeline of future team members
- Ensure consistent food safety and sanitation procedures are followed at all times
- Maintain high presentation and quality standards for every dish served
- Keep the facility in pristine, well-maintained condition
What We're Looking For - At least 2 years of restaurant management experience, ideally in a full-service environment managing teams of 50 or more
- Proven ability to lead and develop team members
- Willingness to support nearby locations when necessary
- Must be at least 21 years old
- For positions in California: Must complete Responsible Beverage Service Certification (can be obtained during training, within 60 days of hire).
