- Ability to manage all F&B budgets by holding team accountable to achieve them
- Performs job in a professional manner in front of guests and team members by maintaining a positive attitude, staying calm, being diplomatic and responding promptly to guest inquiries or complaints.
- Rational, prudent, and practical.
What you will be doing: - Maintain a professional image and always support the Company in actions and words.
- Maintain a work atmosphere consistent with the AATMOS' standards for professionalism and total quality Guest service.
- Maintain open channels of communication with Hotel General Manager, fellow co-workers, and Guests.
- Address guests' complaints in a manner which results in superior guest service.
- Actively enforce all safety policies to protect associates, guests, and company assets.
- Always extend professionalism and courtesy to guests.
- Motivate and encourage staff to effectively solve problems needing attention.
- Provide a safe working environment, in compliance with OSHA/SMDS standards.
- Comply with all Corporate accounting procedures.
- Lead by example, demonstrating self-confidence, energy, and enthusiasm.
Requirements 5 years Food and Beverage experience with a minimum of 2 years at the supervisory level.
Flexible schedule, willing to work weekends and holidays, as required
Can lift 50 pounds and stand on feet for long periods of time.
Serv Safe manager Food and Alcohol Certificate required within 90 days of hire.
