As a Restaurant Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for all Back of the House (BOH) operations, including maintaining a safe and impressively clean kitchen. We are looking for someone who is passionate about scratch-made food and is results-oriented. Your duties will include managing food costs, selecting, interviewing, and hiring all BOH Team Members, creating schedules, and ensuring all BOH Team Members are properly trained and certified. The pay range is based on candidate experience, and there are bonus and benefit opportunities available. This is a great opportunity for someone with 3+ years of kitchen management experience looking for a damn good career in the restaurant industry.
