Job Overview

Your primary responsibility will be to provide professional support to the Catering Team, working closely with the Catering Manager to help the department succeed.

Hiring rate: £12.90 per hour

Rota: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday 08:00-17:00; Sunday, Tuesday, Friday 08:00-17:00

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Handle customer queries courteously and efficiently.
  2. Maintain harmonious relationships with customers and staff.
  3. Perform duties as requested by management.
  4. Assist in preparing salads, vegetables, sandwiches, and other food items.
  5. Cook and bake hot food, sweets, pastries, etc., as required.
  6. Follow recipes and record wastage according to company guidelines.
  7. Store all food according to standards.
  8. Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations.
  9. Undertake cleaning of kitchen and restaurant areas.
  10. Work as part of the team and undertake other reasonable duties.
