Compensation: $50,000 - $65,500 (commensurate with experience) + bonus potential, 100% paid employee health insurance, and much more.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in General Management, demonstrating a proven track record of commitment and performance.
- Prior experience in the fast food or quick service restaurant industry.
- Expertise in drive-thru operations is highly desirable.
- A dynamic and enthusiastic team leader who leads by example and fosters a collaborative environment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of restaurant financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all operational aspects of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Achieve and surpass budgeted sales targets by implementing effective strategies and monitoring performance metrics.
- Engage with the local community through proactive marketing and promotional activities.
