- Coordinate daily Front-of-the-House and Back-of-the-House restaurant operations
- Mentor and develop your team
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
- Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
- Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events
Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:- 3+ years of GM experience in a full-service restaurant
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to lead and mentor a team
Restaurant General Manager Benefits:- Competitive base salary $75,000 - $85,000
