Team Approach
Our managers lead by example and work alongside the crew to effectively address guest complaints, ensure product quality, and solve problems proactively.

As a Restaurant General Manager, you will:
  • Develop, support, and lead the restaurant team.
  • Be accountable for sales growth while maintaining the highest standards in quality, service, and cleanliness.
  • Interview and hire qualified staff, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
  • Manage staff schedules and labor costs to achieve company standards.
  • Train management and crew using established training systems and evaluate performance regularly.
  • Foster a cooperative and harmonious working relationship within the team.
  • Conduct team meetings to discuss operations, promotions, and safety.
  • Maintain inventory to meet company standards for food costs.
  • Ensure all cash handling procedures are followed.
  • Exhibit professionalism and adhere to HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies.
Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • 2 - 5 years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager.
  • Strong leadership and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Availability to work all shifts and weekends.
  • Must pass a background check and drug test.
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
