Requirements:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff management, inventory control, and maintaining food quality standards while ensuring exceptional guest experiences
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to increase revenue, control costs, and maximize profitability while meeting financial targets
- Recruit, train, and mentor service and kitchen staff to build a high-performing team capable of delivering outstanding customer service
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations while maintaining detailed documentation and addressing any operational issues promptly
Responsibilities:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of improving operations and profitability
- Strong leadership abilities with exceptional team-building, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Thorough knowledge of food safety regulations, inventory control systems, and restaurant technology platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
