What You'll Do:

What You'll Bring:
- A contagious passion for the hospitality industry and a genuine desire to create exceptional experiences.
- 3- 5+ years of progressive management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant, ideally with a love for seafood and an appreciation for a diverse menu including raw bar and sushi.
- A proven track record of achieving financial success and a knack for smart resource management.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills that inspire and motivate teams.
- A natural ability to connect with people and a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction.
- A strong understanding of restaurant operations, including food and beverage management, inventory control, and team development.
