A leading luxury hotel in the heart of Philadelphia, PA is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to oversee daily operations for a high-end restaurant and adjacent Lobby Lounge. This dynamic outlet features a renowned chef-driven concept, three meal periods, and a vibrant lounge space that draws both hotel guests and local clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily operations of a 50-seat fine dining restaurant and 100-seat Lobby Lounge, generating $6.5M in annual revenue
- Directly oversee a team of 1 Assistant General Manager, 1 Manager, 2 Hourly Managers, and a 75-person front-of-house team
- Uphold luxury hotel brand standards while enhancing guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to maintain menu execution, service standards, and brand alignment
- Drive financial performance through labor management, service standards, and team development
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven leadership in Forbes Travel Guide Four- or Five-Star environments
- Background in Michelin-recognized restaurants (Star, Recommended, or Bib Gourmand) strongly preferred
- Expertise in both refined dining and high-volume bar/lounge operations
- Ability to lead and inspire large teams while maintaining elevated guest experiences
- Comfortable working within structured hotel environments, adhering to brand and service protocols
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary of $90,000-$95,000
- 10% annual bonus potential
