Position Overview: As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring that every customer has a remarkable experience. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and inspire a team of associates to provide outstanding customer service.
- Oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory, food safety, and cleanliness.
- Monitor and maintain budget and financial controls, including labor and food costs.
- Ensure the highest standards of food quality and safety are met at all times.
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Hire, train, and develop team members, creating a positive, high-energy work environment.
- Create staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and operational efficiency.
- Drive sales growth and profitability through marketing, promotions, and customer engagement.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
- Maintain a positive and safe work environment for both team members and customers.
Qualifications: - Proven experience in a management or leadership role in a fast-paced restaurant environment, preferably in the quick-service or fast-casual industry.

- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food safety, inventory control, and financial management.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
