Base Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 (commensurate with experience) + bonus, benefits, and more.

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of full-service Management experience
- High volume experience, $5M+ preferred
- Scratch cooking
- Knowledge of budgeting, cost controls, and ordering
- Highly organized, have a true sense of ownership, and prides themselves on team leadership
Responsibilities:
- Monitor food and labor budgets
- Hire, train, schedule, and supervise the back-of-house staff
- Establish controls to minimize waste
- Implement policies and procedures to measure quality control
- Lead by example, promote a healthy working environment, and have fun in the kitchen
