We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented
Terras General Manager to oversee operations for
Terras, Pools, and In-Room Dining (IRD) at our luxury resort. This role will be responsible for scheduling, inventory management, cost control, training, floor leadership, and payroll functions to ensure an exceptional guest experience while maintaining operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities: - Manage scheduling for Terras, Pools, and IRD teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Oversee and maintain beverage inventory for Terras, Bar, Pools, and IRD, ensuring stock levels align with business needs.
- Monitor and enforce cost control procedures, including labor flexing, discounts, comps, voids, and product requisitions.
- Ensure beverage costs are maintained effectively, adjusting to fluctuations as needed.
- Execute Food & Beverage training programs and ensure adherence to brand standards for service excellence.
- Lead and support day-to-day F&B floor operations, including troubleshooting Micros POS updates and adjustments.
- Oversee payroll functions, including time card adjustments, tracking tips, PTO/Sick time, and other payroll-related tasks.
Qualifications & Experience: - Previous experience in Food & Beverage management within a resort, hotel, or high-end dining environment.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control, cost management, and scheduling within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and develop team members.
- Proficiency in Micros POS systems and payroll management.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends and holidays.
