Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve sales and profit goals on a regular basis
  • Maintain accurate projections and schedules while working various shifts
  • Ensure a safe and clean working environment
  • Recruit and train a passionate and service-focused team
  • Implement effective financial controls within the restaurant
Duties Include:
  • Deliver outstanding service and ensure guest satisfaction
  • Hire, train, and mentor restaurant staff
  • Utilize GPS Hospitality systems for operational excellence
  • Manage restaurant financial controls and inventory efficiently
  • Engage with the local community to enhance public relations
  • Uphold speed of service, food safety, and cleanliness standards
  • Exhibit critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Maintain equipment cleanliness and safety
  • Be available to work all shifts, including weekends
  • Adhere to regulations, policies, and procedures in all aspects of restaurant operations
  • Supervise staff in accordance with GPS values and behaviors
  • Communicate effectively with management regarding operations
  • Implement marketing promotions successfully
  • Assist in developing company policies and training materials
  • Train aspiring managers and help develop their skills
Job Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience as a General Manager in a restaurant or retail environment
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Demonstrated customer service excellence
  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the US
  • ServSafe certification preferred
