Key Duties and Responsibilities - Complete all required training, including Zaxby's Back of House Development Plan
- Provide friendly and enthusiastic service to guests
- Prepare menu items and beverages according to company standards and safety guidelines
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Assist with inventory management
- Other responsibilities and tasks as assigned
Job Qualifications - Must be 16 years of age or older
- Ability to work 32 to 40 hours per week
Capability Requirements - Ability to continuously sit, stand, and walk
- Occasional stooping, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Proficient communication skills
- Work in hot and cold environments and with potential food allergens
