Key Responsibilities - Complete all required training, including:
- Zaxby's Back of House Development Plan
- Hands-on stations training
- Any additional training required by Zax LLC
- Deliver friendly, enthusiastic service to all guests
- Stay updated on current promotions
- Represent the Zaxby's brand positively
- Assist with front-of-house operations as needed
- Prepare food items in a safe, sanitary manner according to company standards
- Ensure proper handling of food and beverages in compliance with safety guidelines
- Operate food preparation and cooking equipment safely
- Maintain adequate product levels in designated stations
- Accurately package and assemble guest orders
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Perform inventory management duties
- Inform management when inventory is running low
- Maintain storage areas in an organized manner
- Complete all tasks promptly and safely
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures
- Carry out any other assigned duties
Job Qualifications - Must be at least 16 years old
- Availability to work between 9 to 28 hours per week
Physical Requirements - Continuous sitting, standing, or walking
- Ability to stoop, bend, crouch, or climb as needed
- Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying of up to 50 pounds
- Hand and wrist dexterity for grasping and fine manipulation
- Effective communication skills in speech, reading, and writing
- Able to work in varying temperatures and with food allergens
- Skilled in the safe operation of restaurant equipment
