Restaurant Assistant Manager Responsibilities: - Oversee service quality and dining experiences for our guests. Our goal is to exceed our guest's expectations.
- Directing the hiring, supervision, and development of our FOH team members.
- Influence and guide great dining shifts. Set the tone for a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Prepare and conduct pre-shift meetings to efficiently communicate restaurant updates and daily specials. Inspire your team - This is where the fun happens.
- Ensure all financial and administrative duties are completed according to the company's policies and procedures.
- Lead by example in enforcing health, safety, and sanitation standards throughout the restaurant
- Complying with operational standards, company policies, federal/state/local laws, and ordinances
Restaurant Assistant Manager Qualifications: - 2+ years of floor management experience in a high-volume restaurant environment
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Effective interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with food handling, safety, and compliant restaurant guidelines for Mecklenburg County.
- High School Diploma (Four Year Degree or Hospitality Degree preferred)
