Description of the Role:

The Restaurant Assistant General Manager will assist the General Manager in managing the overall operations of the restaurant, focusing on customer satisfaction, staff development, and financial performance. This position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the Overall Management of the Restaurant
  • Supervise Staff and Provide Training As Needed
  • Oversee Inventory and Ordering of Supplies

Requirements:
  • Prior Experience in the Restaurant Industry
