ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS:- History of success in developing high-performing teams
- Must be able to train out of the area for the first 8 weeks with the ability to return home on days off
- Full-service restaurant Manager for at least five or more years in a high-volume corporate structure
- A Strong culinary experience in a scratch kitchen is a plus but not required
- Good work tenure
- Most recent experience must be in the restaurant industry
