This venue delivers an elevated, multi-course tasting menu experience featuring curated wine pairings, a dedicated sommelier team, and world-class service standards. Michelin or Forbes Travel Guide experience is highly preferred.
About the Opportunity:
The ideal candidate will bring at least 6 years of progressive leadership experience within ultra-luxury fine dining environments. A deep understanding of tasting menus, fine wine programs, Michelin level dining, Forbes Travel Guide standards, sommelier programs, and multi-course service flow is essential. The Assistant General Manager will drive service excellence, associate engagement, and financial performance, while ensuring every guest experience is flawless and memorable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic and operational leadership across daily restaurant operations.
- Lead and inspire service teams to exceed Forbes and Michelin standards.
- Drive profitability through innovative revenue strategies, guest satisfaction, and cost management.
- Collaborate with culinary and beverage leadership to deliver a cohesive, exceptional guest experience.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and develop a high-performing service team.
- Monitor and maintain all service elements, ambiance, and quality standards.
- Manage scheduling, inventory, P&L analysis, and operational efficiencies.
- Maintain strict safety, sanitation, and cleanliness protocols.
- Act as a key ambassador for luxury service culture, creating "wow" moments for every guest.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 years of progressive restaurant leadership within ultra-luxury fine dining.
- Strong background working with tasting menus, wine pairings, and elevated service standards.
- Forbes Travel Guide or Michelin Guide experience highly preferred.
- Deep knowledge of fine food, beverage, and service techniques.
- Proven experience in revenue optimization and cost controls.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and restaurant management systems.
- Flexible schedule availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred but not required.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary range $85,000-$97,000, plus bonus potential.
