Schedule: 3x12 Hour Shifts - Night Shift
Pay: Competitive Base + Shift Differential + $5,000 Sign-On Bonus

St. Mary's Regional Medical Center in Lewiston, Maine, is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Respiratory Therapist to join our team for the full-time night shift . Key Details
Schedule: 3x12 hour night shifts (Full-Time)
Shift Differential: Additional pay for night shift hours
Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 for eligible new hires
Location: Lewiston, Maine

Responsibilities
Administer respiratory therapy treatments and diagnostic tests
Respond to emergency situations with professionalism and efficiency
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
Monitor patient progress and document treatment effectiveness
Operate and maintain respiratory therapy equipment safely and accurately

Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program
Current Maine Respiratory Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain)
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credentials required
BLS certification (ACLS, PALS, and NRP preferred)
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently on night shifts
