We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Resourcer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and orgnaisational skills, with experience of social media to include Facebook and LinkedIn. Although experience in a recruitment office is preferred, it is not essential as we understand the right skill set and attitude for this important role will add real value to our business.
Key responsibilities:
- Source candidates from various job boards
- Promote candidate attraction via candidate referrals & social media
- Manage the company database updating candidate records
- Assist with DBS applications
- Compliance of candidates
- Daily communication with candidates and clients by phone and email
- Building relationships with schools, colleges, and local authorities
Skills & Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Organisation and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to use recruitment software and databases
- Basic understanding of employment law and regulations
- To work independently and as part of a team.
