POSITION TITLE: Resource and Marketing PT/ Intern- Graphic Design

REPORTS TO: Matt Carson

LOCATION: Alpharetta (No Relocation and Housing assistance)

EXEMPT/NON-EXEMPT: Part Time (Tuesday - Thursday) /Non-Exempt/ Seasonal

DURATION: 10-week internship- May 27th - July 31st, 2025

JOB SUMMARY

The NAMB internship Program offer an experience combining professional development with spiritual growth. Interns contribute to mission-critical projects and gain insights into the integration of wok with their spiritual calling. This position will provide modern creative strategy and expand the support around two key NAMB Initiatives, participating on ministry team meetings and partake in the process of creating designs for Send Network Gatherings and 2026 Annie Armstrong Easter Offering overall look,

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Idea Sharing:
  • Contribute strategies and communication plans, before design tasks.
Graphic Desing:
  • Collaborate with the design team on developing the 2026 Annie Armstrong Easter Offering campaign look and theme.
  • Design a wide variety of pieces that could include print, social, swag/apparel, etc.
  • Serve as an audience expert when designing for the GenSend brand.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an undergraduate or graduate program in Graphic Design, Marketing Communications, Advertising, or related field.
  • No prior professional experience required, but previous volunteer or project experience in a related field is beneficial.
SPECIALIZED SKILLS
  • Serve alongside design professionals who have years of experience in graphic design in a ministry context.
  • Experience creating designs that could potentially be included in their portfolio.
