Key Responsibilities
- Lead design and delivery of resort tech solutions (e.g., PMS, POS, Wi-Fi, door locks).
- Align tech deployments with business goals to enhance guest and owner experiences.
- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and architecture standards.
- Oversee full product lifecycle, including governance and performance.
- Collaborate with teams to manage risks and drive operational excellence.

- Experience: 8+ years in resort/hotel tech; strong background in scalable, secure IT solutions and large-scale project leadership.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in PMS, POS, guest/staff systems, system integration, automation (e.g., PowerShell), and cybersecurity.
- Project Management: Skilled in planning, execution, change management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Soft Skills: Strong communicator, strategic thinker, customer-focused, collaborative, and influential leader.
