About the Role We're partnering with a top-tier leisure provider to recruit a Resort Operations Director to lead site maintenance, guest services, and team performance. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on leader with strong operational and health & safety experience.
Responsibilities Report to the CEO, managing the upkeep and safety of park grounds and infrastructure
Lead a team of maintenance and security staff, including seasonal hires
Maintain a safe, high-quality environment for guests and residents
Oversee contractor work (e.g. electrical, gas, plumbing), ensuring value and performance
Plan and deliver seasonal maintenance schedules
Handle on-the-ground issues, drive improvements, and ensure compliance
Essential Criteria 3-5 years in a senior operations or facilities role
Team management and staff development experience
Health & Safety knowledge, including risk assessments
Experience with external contractors and cost control
Strong organisation, leadership, and ICT skills
UK or NI driving licence
Desirable Background in leisure, parks, or hospitality
Experience with machinery and site improvement projects
Familiarity with budgeting, KPIs, and quality standards
NEBOSH or similar safety qualification
