Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our premier luxury boutique resort. The ideal candidate will be a hospitality professional with a passion for exceptional guest service, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of luxury brand standards. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of resort operations, ensuring an elevated guest experience, and driving business performance while maintaining the highest standards of service, quality, and profitability.


Key Responsibilities:


• Provide strategic leadership and direction across all resort departments, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, spa, activities, facilities and a Private Members Club.


• Ensure consistent delivery of a five-star guest experience through attention to detail, personalized service, and a culture of excellence.


• Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L accountability.


• Lead, mentor, and inspire department heads and staff to achieve performance and service goals.


• Foster relationships with guests, employees, vendors, and the local community.


• Drive sales, marketing, and revenue strategies in collaboration with corporate and marketing teams.


• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards.


• Promote sustainability and responsible environmental practices in resort operations.




Qualifications

  • Leadership and Management skills
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience in luxury hospitality, with at least 3 years as General Manager or Resort Director.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing large budgets and operations.
  • Customer Service and Guest Relations skills
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Organizational and Time Management skills
  • Previous experience in luxury resort management
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
