We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Resiliency Consultant to join our team. This role is essential for managing and mitigating supplier resiliency risks within our Enterprise Resilience Program.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct supplier assessments to evaluate business continuity, disaster recovery, and crisis management capabilities.
  • Identify and implement proactive measures to address findings from assessments.
  • Coordinate supplier assessment activities to ensure timely completion and effective workload management.
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers to ensure compliance and timely responses to assessments.
  • Monitor and report supplier resiliency risks to senior management to prevent disruptions.
  • Assist in developing standard operating procedures and training programs related to supplier resiliency.
Skills
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in third-party risk management, business continuity, or related fields.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with risk management software.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Fusion Risk Management and Archer platforms.
  • Background in healthcare or related industries.
  • Ability to work effectively in crisis management situations.
  • Strong customer service orientation and business impact focus.
