A Residential Surveyor is sought to join a thriving property team focusing on private home surveys primarily located in the Durham/Sunderland area. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of property assessments.

Description

  • Conduct property surveys and produce detailed reports - Level 2 and 3 Home buyer surveys
  • Provide expert advice on property and construction matters.
  • 8 surveys per week, 1 admin day from home
  • Work closely with the construction team to ensure the highest standards are met.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and provide excellent customer service.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and regulations.
  • Manage a portfolio of properties in the Gateshead area.
  • Ensure all work is compliant with health and safety regulations.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the company's growth strategy.

Profile

A successful Residential Surveyor should have:

  • A strong academic background in Property or a related field - RICS required
  • Solid experience within level 2 and 3 homebuyer surveys
  • Practical experience in a Residential Surveyor role or similar.
  • Proficiency in using property assessment tools and software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A genuine passion for the property industry.
  • The ability to work well in a team and independently when required.
