Your Absolute Care are looking for experienced support workers to work with Children and Young People in residential settings as well as supported living in Peterborough and the surrounding areas.
UK driving licence and previous experience is essential.
Permanent, fixed and adhoc hours available.
Your Absolute Care support workers ensure the safety and wellbeing of the young people in our care.
We uphold an exceptional standard of care and support for young people who have suffered trauma in their lives. Your ability to communicate and relate to a diverse range of Young People, as well as your understanding of the principles of dignity and respect will be key in following routines, carrying out set care plans, and recording and monitoring if and when required.
