You must have prior sales or high-end residential services to homeowners in a commoditized marketplace. You will offer quality properties and a unique approach that helps first-time home buyers purchase the home of their dreams. Successful experience closing residential real estate or mortgage lending is a plus.
You are great at managing high-volume outbound and inbound sales activity. You are a confident professional who can help a first-time buyer navigate the path to homeownership for the first time without wasting your time. You must be great at qualifying buyers based on clear criteria. You can follow a sales process that is tested and proven.
You easily differentiate yourself by creating urgency with buyers to make the right decisions, and by educating them about solutions they didn't know existed. You should be motivated to positively impact and engage the local community, not just to earn a great living. You are comfortable working in a team environment while always being a leader. You are comfortable working with consumers and being an amazing communicator with the internal team.
Our compensation plan includes a generous benefit package, base and commission structure without a cap. We provide inbound opportunities and sales support. We need you to be earning more than $130,000 within 12-months to be on target.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct property showings and engage buyers in the home-buying process
- Build rapport with clients and create urgency to drive quicker decision-making
- Manage negotiations and finalize sales agreements
- Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from start to finish
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, buyer interactions, and transaction statuses
- Stay up to date with market trends and adjust strategies as necessary to maximize sales
- Engage with prequalified leads and follow up after events to prequalify potential buyers as needed
- Conduct property showings, build rapport with buyers, and guide them through the home-buying process
- Educate buyers on the Turn the Key program and its benefits, ensuring they understand the process, including for homes still under construction
- Finalize sales agreements with buyers based on set pricing
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, buyer interactions, and transaction statuses in our CRM (Pipedrive)
- Assist with converting leads during company events and ensure all buyers receive exceptional
- Fully qualifying leads that are provided through company marketing efforts.
- Being actively engaged in the community to develop new business and evangelize company mission.
- Actively support sales team members and core values.
- Update CRM and other data sources within the company as directed.
- Maintain a clear understanding of priorities in property inventory.
