Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Engagement
- Schedule and conduct in-home consultations using our "10+1 Estimate Process."
- Create clear, detailed proposals that reflect each customer's needs and project expectations.
- Follow up consistently with all prospects via phone and email to land jobs or close out estimates.
- Coordinate design/color consultant appointments when needed.
- Send thank-you communications post-estimate and maintain strong rapport throughout the sales process.
- Ensure signed proposals are in place before marking jobs as landed.
Territory Marketing & Lead Generation
- Execute field marketing strategies including yard signs, door hangers, and canvassing efforts as outlined in the marketing plan.
- Represent Groovy Hues at home shows and networking events.
- Manage the company's local social media presence, including creating and posting engaging content.
- Leave door hangers at neighboring homes after each estimate to expand visibility.
- Participate in local networking groups to expand brand presence and generate referrals.
Project Support & Handoff
- Accurately document customer needs and scheduling preferences in the job proposal.
- Communicate job details to the Office Manager and ensure handoff to the Production Manager is smooth.
- Assist with completion of color confirmation forms prior to project turnover.
- Follow up post-project to confirm customer satisfaction and request referrals.
- Document unique production challenges or customer service concerns with supporting photos.
CRM & Reporting
- Keep CRM system updated with lead details, proposals, and job statuses daily.
- Prepare weekly results analysis in advance of goal-setting meetings with your supervisor.
- Participate in regional and national training sessions to sharpen skills and stay aligned with brand standards.

Compensation & Perks
- Compensation: $75,000-$110,000+ (Base + Commission).
