As a Permanent Residential Real Estate Attorney, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, working to provide legal guidance and expertise in the area of residential real estate transactions. You will work closely with clients, real estate agents, brokers, and other attorneys to ensure smooth and successful transactions. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package, with opportunities for professional development and growth.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on matters related to residential real estate transactions.
2. Draft, review, and negotiate real estate contracts, leases, and other legal documents.
3. Conduct due diligence on real estate transactions, including title searches, property inspections, and financial evaluations.
4. Represent clients in court or before government agencies if disputes arise.
5. Coordinate with other attorneys, real estate agents, and brokers to ensure smooth transactions.
6. Stay updated on changes in real estate laws and regulations, and advise clients accordingly.
7. Assist clients with the closing process, including preparing closing documents, conducting closing meetings, and addressing any issues that arise.
8. Provide legal representation in disputes related to residential real estate, including foreclosures, property disputes, and landlord-tenant issues.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Residential Real Estate Attorney.
3. Must be licensed to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction.
4. Extensive knowledge of residential real estate law and transactions.
5. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
7. Ability to manage multiple cases and projects simultaneously.
8. Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and professionalism.
9. Proficient in the use of legal research tools and software.
10. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and brokers.
