NonStop Care have an exciting opportunity for an experienced social worker, ideally manager, to join a well established channel islands authority who are looking for a Residential Practice Lead to join their service in a locum capacity.

Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead care practices in children's homes, ensuring alignment with the organization's mission to provide high-quality trauma-informed care.
- Conduct quality assurance activities with a focus on improvement initiatives, fostering a collaborative and nurturing environment.
- Design and deliver workshops and mentorship programs, contributing to the organization's reputation as a leader in child-centered care.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field, along with required registrations at Social Work England and Jersey Care Commission.
- Minimum of 5 years in Statutory Social Work, with expertise in working with children, young people, and families under protection plans.
- Proficient in relational and trauma-informed approaches to care, with the ability to design impactful educational content for staff.
