We re working with a respected provider to find a dynamic and compassionate Registered Manager to oversee a beautiful, fully operational residential care home located in the heart of Chesterfield. With strong foundations, a dedicated team, and excellent community ties, this is a fantastic opportunity to take the reins and truly make your mark.

As the Registered Manager, you will play a central role in the success and development of the home. This is an opportunity to step into a leadership role with genuine scope to influence culture, standards, and quality of care. You will be:

• Leading the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring smooth and efficient operations

• Delivering high standards of person-centred care in line with CQC and company requirements

• Building and inspiring a cohesive and motivated team through effective leadership and coaching

• Working closely with regional leadership to maintain full occupancy and uphold compliance excellence

• Managing budgets, resources, staffing, and training plans to meet both care and business objectives

• Nurturing a positive environment for residents, families, and staff, with a focus on dignity, respect, and wellbeing

To thrive in this role, you ll need to be a confident and proactive leader with a strong background in elderly care. You should have:

• Proven experience as a Registered Manager within residential or dementia care settings

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Health & Social Care (or equivalent)

• Excellent working knowledge of CQC regulations, inspections, and governance frameworks

• Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to mentor, develop and retain staff

• A collaborative, hands-on management style and the ability to lead with empathy and professionalism

• Commercial awareness and the ability to drive occupancy and manage financial targets effectively
