A growing luxury custom home builder is seeking a Custom Home Designer to join their team. This is a hands-on role where you'll oversee the design vision for both speculative and custom homes, from interior architectural selections to working closely with the construction team to bring your designs to life.

• Develop and execute design concepts for custom homes, including selections for tile, cabinetry, lighting, plumbing fixtures, stone, paint, and more

  Create detailed design documents and specifications for the construction team

• 
  

  Manage material orders, track delivery, and ensure installations align with the design vision

• 
  

  Conduct site visits to confirm design execution and quality

• 
  

  Collaborate with the project team to ensure smooth project flow

• 3 years of experience as a Custom Home Designer, interior designer, or architectural designer

• 
  

  Degree in Interior Design or Architecture; NCIDQ certification a plus

• 
  

  Proficiency in AutoCAD (required), Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), and Microsoft Office; SketchUp or Revit is a bonus

• 
  

  Strong attention to detail, project management skills, and ability to juggle multiple tasks

• 
  

  Passion for high-end residential design and the ability to bring creative concepts to life
