Our electrical company, only six years old, has grown to over 12 in the field and four in the office and is continually growing. We specialize in high-end residential renovations. Having a background in high end work, service work, and electrical sales or management would be very helpful. Our parent company, Skolfield Homes, has been operating in Winter Park for 40+ years. They have over 80 employees and provide a steady stream of work.
Who we are in search of.
The person we're looking for would help to keep many jobs rolling at once.
You would be scheduling and coordinating projects, communicating with the Project Managers, owners, and designers.
Most are smaller jobs so our ideal candidate will have a quick mind and thrive in an environment where things change rapidly, requiring creative solutions.
You will be highly knowledgeable with residential electrical work & codes.
Naturally able to mentor/coach.
Highly organized and able to set schedules well.
Starting pay will be between $28/hr. to $35/hr. depending on your experience. For the right person there's a great opportunity for growth.

Requirements:
In-depth knowledge of residential electrical systems, installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and current codes
Experience in electrical sales/management
Capable of handling multiple jobs and scheduling tasks efficiently is crucial to ensure jobs are progressing smoothly
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Effectively collaborate with PMs, owners, designers, co-workers, etc.
Quickly adapt to any circumstances that arise
Ability to mentor and guide team members
Excellent organizational skills to maintain a well-structured work environment, efficiently manage resources, and prioritize tasks
