Arundel Lodge, Inc. is a behavioral health agency located in Edgewater, MD Our mission is to work towards a world where behavioral health disorders are not a limit to achieving a meaningful life in the community. The Residential program provides specialized housing and behavioral health services for persons with behavioral health disorders who are also deaf, elderly, diagnosed with chronic medical conditions, experience substance use disorders, have developmental disabilities, need intensive support, or are in transition to living independently.
The Residential Director applicant must have a Masters Degree in professional counseling, social work or related field and Maryland social work licensure as LCPC, LCSW-C, LGPC, or LCSW. At least two years experience working in the mental health field as a Supervisor is preferred.
Duties include;
- Oversee operational responsibilities of the Residential program
- Complete intakes and assessments for program
- Coordinate inspections with community agencies
- Completion of authorizations and treatment plans
- Oversee discharge plans
- Implements all regulatory and licensing requirements
- Ensure that living environments are consistent with regulations
- Risk Management
- Train new staff
- Supervision of Assistant Residential Director
- Will be on call for the Residential Program to respond to staff concerns.
