Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee residential construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of the construction process.
Compensation: Up to $110k including base and bonus (flexible for the right candidate)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage residential construction projects from planning through to completion.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
- Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates and resolve any concerns related to the project.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes throughout the project.
- Prepare and present project reports to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in residential construction.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and project management software.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP or equivalent are a plus.
