Description
- Manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and trades to ensure seamless workflow and adherence to project schedules.
- Enforce site safety protocols and ensure compliance with NYC building codes, OSHA regulations, and company safety policies.
- Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project documents to ensure accuracy and alignment with design intent.
- Conduct regular site meetings, progress reports, and updates to project managers and stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve any construction challenges, proactively addressing potential delays or issues.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth project execution.
Profile
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience as a Superintendent in luxury residential construction.
- Strong knowledge of NYC building codes, permitting processes, and regulations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-end projects simultaneously.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in construction management software and scheduling tools.
- OSHA 30 certification required; additional safety certifications are a plus.
