Our client is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee luxury residential construction projects in Brooklyn and the greater NYC area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-end residential builds, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to manage projects from start to finish while maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship and quality.

Description

  • Manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and trades to ensure seamless workflow and adherence to project schedules.
  • Enforce site safety protocols and ensure compliance with NYC building codes, OSHA regulations, and company safety policies.
  • Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project documents to ensure accuracy and alignment with design intent.
  • Conduct regular site meetings, progress reports, and updates to project managers and stakeholders.
  • Identify and resolve any construction challenges, proactively addressing potential delays or issues.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth project execution.

Profile

  • Minimum of 5-10 years of experience as a Superintendent in luxury residential construction.
  • Strong knowledge of NYC building codes, permitting processes, and regulations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple high-end projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and scheduling tools.
  • OSHA 30 certification required; additional safety certifications are a plus.
