Principal Objective of Position:

Regent Property Management Services is seeking a highly motivated, hard-working, Property Manager to join our growing team in the Phoenix Area. The Property Manager will be responsible for providing leadership to the team supporting a premier recently built 100-unit apartment community, in addition to being accountable for the economic performance of the assigned portfolio through diligent budgeting, cost containment, and managing capital expenditures (supporting construction management team). The Property Manager will also conduct regular site visits and will hold vendors and staff accountable to ensure the assigned portfolio is maintained in keeping with company standards (a privately held real estate company/Investment Fund/Property Management Company


Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for day-to-day property management operations including revenue management, collections, and leasing.
  • Oversee leasing process and propose concession plans or discounts to maintain occupancy in accordance with asset management initiatives.
  • Addressing and resolving tenant requests, questions, or concerns in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that contracts being competitively bid, A/R is actively tracked, and discrepancies are documented, reported, and efforts be made to diligently collect past due balances.
  • Perform building walks and coordinate with vendors and maintenance team on corrective needs to ensure the building is maintained in keeping with best-in-class standards.
  • Responsible for the creation of budgets, preparation of final monthly reporting and various deliverables related to rent collection, revenue management, and leasing initiatives including marketing.
  • Accountable for insurance certificate compliance by both vendors and tenants.
  • Assist with other projects as assigned by Supervisor to meet business needs

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • A minimum of two years' experience as a Property Manager.
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university required (or equivalent experience).
  • Knowledge of Entrada, MRI, Yardi, Real Page, or comparable ERP experience required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, MRI, Workspeed, and other commercial real estate software programs.
  • Candidate must be detailed oriented, able to multi-task, and comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
