Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Residential and Light Commercial Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of plumbing experience and a strong background in installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems for residential and light commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial plumbing systems, including water supply lines, fixtures, and drainage systems.
Perform diagnostic tests to identify and resolve plumbing issues efficiently.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Install and repair water heaters, faucets, toilets, and other plumbing fixtures.
Troubleshoot and repair leaks, clogs, and pipe damages.
Inspect and test plumbing systems to ensure compliance with safety and code regulations.
Collaborate with contractors, clients, and team members on plumbing projects.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor.
Ensure worksite cleanliness and proper disposal of materials.
Qualifications:
3 years of experience as a plumber in residential and light commercial settings.
Proficiency with plumbing tools, equipment, and techniques.
Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
