Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Residential and Light Commercial Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of plumbing experience and a strong background in installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems for residential and light commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial plumbing systems, including water supply lines, fixtures, and drainage systems.


  • Perform diagnostic tests to identify and resolve plumbing issues efficiently.


  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.


  • Install and repair water heaters, faucets, toilets, and other plumbing fixtures.


  • Troubleshoot and repair leaks, clogs, and pipe damages.


  • Inspect and test plumbing systems to ensure compliance with safety and code regulations.


  • Collaborate with contractors, clients, and team members on plumbing projects.


  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor.


  • Ensure worksite cleanliness and proper disposal of materials.


Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience as a plumber in residential and light commercial settings.


  • Proficiency with plumbing tools, equipment, and techniques.


  • Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations.


  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.


  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.


  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
