We are currently seeking a
Resident Relations & Concierge Manager to join our team at our luxury residential community,
Pacific Gate located in San Diego. Pacific Gate by Bosa is the premier luxury residences in San Diego. Pacific Gate offers flawless finishes and unparalleled services and amenities to bring the extraordinary to the day to day living.
The Resident Relations & Concierge Manager is responsible for concierge services within the community to include amenities management. Provides information and arranges resident events (both large and small scale), dinner reservations, transportation/travel, as well as provides training and oversight of Concierge Associates.
Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Compensation: $72k to $75k
What You'll Do (Job Duties) - Manage team of Concierge Associates to include payroll processing, vacation/sick coverage, staff development and coaching.
- Cultivate and develop relationships with existing and new vendors for resident services.
- Serve as primary communications liaison to the Association's Fleet of Vehicles and Recreational Boat vendors.
- Work closely with the Association's Social Committee to plan and execute events including, but not limited to, production of event flyers, setup, budget tracking, and attendance (as necessary).
- Assist authorized resident clubs (Cinema Club, Book Club) in promoting regular meetings and advertising cinema club screenings.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of local attractions and current events in Southern California.
- Create, plan and organize weekly concierge updates via email for the community and monthly lifestyle events for residents.
- Prepare monthly resident newsletter and update bulletin board postings (to include digital and hard-copy postings).
- Proactive approach to meeting service needs while possessing problem-solving skills.
- Create professional concierge books of their personal recommendations for all typical hotel style concierge services.
- Complete administrative tasks, such as conducting new owner orientations, processing checks, inputting forms, and other duties as assigned.
Who You Are (Skills/Experience) - 2 years of concierge experience in hotel or luxury residential property.
- Creative event planning experience and familiar with local entertainment and dining options
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Flexible and adaptable to rapid change
- Diplomatic and capable of maintaining confidentiality
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Supervisory skills/experience
