Job Summary:The Resident Assistant (RA) is a student leader who assumes major responsibilities in the Seahawk Landing student housing facility approximately 20 hours per week. The RA helps to create and maintain an atmosphere that fosters an environment that supports academic success, meaningful fun and educational programming opportunities, as well as valuable personal growth experiences.
Minimum Qualifications:- Minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA
- At least 6 semester credit hours completed at LSCPA
- Have no other on-campus employment commitments
- Be enrolled at LSCPA during employment
- Good academic and student conduct standing
- Must reside in Seahawk Landing
- Must be able to fulfill one full year in the position before graduating/transferring
